The invention discloses a brick blank film optimization method which comprises the following steps: S1, adding inclined plane arrangement, and arranging a brick blank film on an inclined plane foundation; s2, multi-unit arrangement is added, and all units are arranged on a multi-unit basic component at a time; s3, multi-step arrangement is added to adapt to the step gradient thickness; s4, the work amount of the outer side plastering area, the inner side plastering area and the top surface plastering area is increased; s5, material selection and replacement, wherein traditional solid bricks are replaced with industrial products such as prefabricated wallboards and light partition boards; selecting a special template material with good waterproof performance; s6, design optimization: accurately calculating the structural strength of the brick mold according to the actual load condition; and S7, the construction technology and process are improved, wherein on-site masonry is replaced with a prefabricated wallboard hoisting and splicing mode. According to the invention, inclined plane arrangement is added, and brick molds can be arranged on the inclined plane foundation more flexibly; and multi-unit arrangement is added, all units of the multi-unit basic component are arranged at a time, and higher efficiency is achieved.
