Preparation method of fly ash-based denitration cement
The invention relates to the field of air pollution control and the technical field of building materials, and discloses a preparation method of fly ash-based denitration cement. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: (1) grinding fly ash, and uniformly mixing the ground fly ash with cement clinker, gypsum, a pore-forming agent, a binder and a strength additive to prepare fly ash-based cement; (2) preparing an active component solution, and uniformly mixing the active component solution with the fly ash-based cement; (3) preparing a hollow cylindrical structure by utilizing a 3D printing technology, and then performing steam curing; and (4) thoroughly drying the cement blocks, and then transferring the cement blocks into a muffle furnace for roasting treatment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing high-strength cement by adding an auxiliary agent, then introducing a denitration active component by taking cement as a carrier to prepare denitration cement, carrying out steam curing on a cement blank, and finally roasting to form a porous structure. The fly ash-based denitration cement is suitable for denitration in a low-dust environment and has relatively high denitration efficiency.
