The invention discloses a natural hydraulic lime clinker which comprises the following mineral components: CaO, C2S, silicon magnesium calcium aluminate (6CaO. 4Al2O3. MgO. SiO2) and other mineral phases, and the natural hydraulic lime clinker is prepared by taking low-magnesium limestone, high-magnesium limestone, red sandstone and bauxite as raw materials and then carrying out high-temperature calcination. The high-magnesium low-grade limestone is used for firing the natural hydraulic lime clinker, and natural resources are fully utilized. The invention further provides a method for preparing the early-strength hydraulic lime from the natural hydraulic lime clinker, a hydration intermediate product of silicon magnesium calcium aluminate (6CaO. 4Al2O3. MgO. SiO2) in the natural hydraulic lime clinker is utilized to react with gypsum to generate hydrated calcium sulphoaluminate, and the early strength of a hydraulic lime cementing material is improved.
