The invention provides a preparation method of an organic/inorganic composite concrete internal curing agent. Comprising the following steps: (1) dissolving an inorganic component in absolute ethyl alcohol, adding a modifier, heating, stirring, cooling, filtering, repeatedly washing, drying to constant weight, crushing and sieving to obtain a pretreated inorganic additive component; and (2) dissolving the inorganic additive component and cellulose in deionized water, heating and stirring to obtain a uniformly mixed emulsion, cooling, adding an initiator, stirring, adding a mixed solution of the polymeric monomer, the acrylamide derivative and the cross-linking agent, heating and reacting to obtain a gel product, drying the product to constant weight, crushing and sieving to obtain the water-soluble cellulose gel. The internal curing material does not need a nitrogen protective atmosphere, has the production condition of a field engineering laboratory, is high in water absorption rate, high in swelling rate and relatively excellent in water retention capacity and repeated swelling performance, and meets the use requirements of the internal curing material.
本发明提供了一种有机/无机复合型混凝土内养护剂的制备方法；包括：步骤(1)，将无机成分溶于无水乙醇中，加入改性剂，升温，搅拌，冷却过滤，反复洗涤，烘干至恒重，粉碎，过筛，得到预处理的无机外掺成分；步骤(2)，将无机外掺成分和纤维素溶于去离子水中，升温搅拌，得到混合均匀的乳液，降温，加引发剂，搅拌，加入聚合单体、丙烯酰胺衍生物和交联剂的混合溶液，升温反应后得凝胶产物，将产物烘干至恒重，粉碎，过筛，即可。本发明无需氮气保护气氛，具备现场工程实验室生产的条件，且内养护材料吸水倍率高，溶胀倍率快，保水能力和反复溶胀性能较为优秀，满足内养护材料使用需求。
