The invention relates to sound-absorbing noise-reducing lightweight high-strength concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 380 to 420 parts of cement, 40 to 60 parts of fly ash, 75 to 90 parts of slag powder, 650 to 710 parts of ceramsite, 560 to 620 parts of steel slag, 2.8 to 3.4 parts of water reducing agent, 3.9 to 4.2 parts of foaming agent, 2 to 4 parts of foam stabilizer, 60 to 80 parts of fiber-based porous material and 115 to 130 parts of water. The fiber-based porous material comprises aramid fibers, silicon dioxide nanofibers and nanocellulose in a mass ratio of 1: (0.5-1): (0.1-0.5). The lightweight high-strength concrete has the advantages of good sound absorption and noise reduction effects, low density, light weight and high compressive strength.
