The invention discloses reinforced concrete and a preparation method thereof. The reinforced concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-400 parts of cement; 800 to 900 parts of broken stone; 900 to 1000 parts of fine sand; 100 to 125 parts of fly ash; 1-5 parts of a water reducing agent; 10 to 20 parts of a strengthening additive; 100 to 120 parts of water; wherein the strengthening additive comprises epoxy modified carbon fibers and a polysulfonic acid polymer; the reinforcing additive is introduced into the system, so that the mechanical strength and impermeability of the concrete can be greatly improved.
