Microwave sintering method of BN-ZrO2 composite ceramic
The invention provides a microwave sintering method of BN-ZrO2 composite ceramic, and belongs to the technical field of microwave sintering preparation of ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing zirconium oxide sol by taking zirconium oxychloride as a zirconium source; then, boron nitride powder is soaked in the zirconium oxide sol, ultrasonic treatment, standing and drying are sequentially carried out, and composite powder is obtained; the composite powder is sequentially subjected to dry pressing preforming and cold isostatic pressing preforming, and a green body is obtained; and carrying out microwave sintering on the green body to obtain the BN-ZrO2 composite ceramic. By constructing the composite powder with the BN-ZrO2 coating structure, boron nitride is prevented from forming a lamellar structure in the high-temperature sintering process, meanwhile, the compact BN-ZrO2 composite ceramic is prepared under pressureless sintering by utilizing an electric field driving atom diffusion mechanism in the microwave sintering process, and the performance of the pressureless sintering BN-ZrO2 composite ceramic is improved.
本发明提供了一种BN‑ZrO2复相陶瓷的微波烧结方法,属于陶瓷微波烧结制备技术领域。本发明以二氯氧化锆为锆源,制备氧化锆溶胶;然后将氮化硼粉末浸渍于氧化锆溶胶中,顺次进行超声处理、静置、干燥,得到复合粉料;将复合粉料顺次进行干压预成型、冷等静压预成型,得到生胚体;将生胚体进行微波烧结,得到BN‑ZrO2复相陶瓷。本发明通过构造具有BN‑ZrO2包覆结构的复合粉料,阻止高温烧结过程中氮化硼形成层片状结构,同时利用微波烧结过程中的电场驱动原子扩散机制,在无压烧结下制备致密的BN‑ZrO2复相陶瓷,提高无压烧结BN‑ZrO2复相陶瓷的性能。
