Ceramic-carbonate compact two-phase inorganic membrane material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a ceramic-carbonate compact two-phase inorganic membrane material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing a fluorite phase precursor material and a spinel phase precursor material by adopting a sol-gel method; the preparation method comprises the following steps: taking two precursor materials, a pore forming agent and a binder as raw materials, carrying out ball-milling mixing, compression molding and heat-preservation sintering to obtain a fluorite-spinel type ceramic porous membrane support body, then immersing uniformly mixed binary/ternary molten carbonate into the porous ceramic membrane support body by adopting an impregnation method, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the ceramic-carbonate dual-phase membrane. The two-phase inorganic diaphragm prepared by the method is compact in structure, good in two-phase chemical compatibility, free of impurity phase generation and high in mechanical strength.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷‑碳酸盐致密双相无机膜材料及其制备方法,采用溶胶凝胶法分别制备出萤石相、尖晶石相前驱体材料,以两种前驱体材料、造孔剂、粘结剂为原料经球磨混合、模压成型、保温烧结得到萤石‑尖晶石型陶瓷多孔膜支撑体,接着采用浸渍法将混合均匀的二/三元熔融碳酸盐浸入多孔陶瓷膜支撑体,冷却至室温即得到陶瓷‑碳酸盐双相膜,本发明所述方法制得的双相无机膜片结构致密,两相化学兼容性良好,无杂相生成,机械强度高。
