A plurality of transverse sections are arranged on the cast-in-place bearing platform, the cap beam is arranged on the transverse section at the uppermost end, assembly type transverse partition plates are arranged between the transverse sections, and the assembly type transverse partition plates and the transverse sections are connected through vertical anchoring connectors; the whole of the transverse sections and the fabricated diaphragm plates is downwards anchored on the cast-in-place bearing platform through prestressed tendons and upwards anchored on the cap beam; the transverse section is formed by transversely splicing various prefabricated section modules, each prefabricated section module comprises an inner-layer steel pipe, an outer-layer steel pipe and a concrete layer filled between the inner-layer steel pipe and the outer-layer steel pipe, and the prefabricated section modules are anchored through finish rolling deformed steel bars; the fabricated diaphragm plate comprises a peripheral steel plate and an ultra-high performance concrete layer filled in the peripheral steel plate. Reliable connectivity of the prefabricated segment type pier can be guaranteed, and the problems of transportation and assembly of prefabricated parts under the complex mountain area environment are solved.
