The invention discloses a fabricated underwater ground tie beam construction steel hanging box cofferdam and a hoisting construction method. The device is provided with a steel hanging box and a pile foundation steel casing, the steel hanging box design adopts a cylindrical pier template two-section type concept, and the cofferdam is formed by connecting a large section and a small section into a whole through flange bolts and then is installed. The straining beam area and the cylindrical pier area are welded and connected into a whole. The invention discloses a hoisting construction method. (1) after being hoisted and lowered in place, the steel hoisting box is temporarily supported on four supporting points on the outer wall of an upper opening of a pile foundation steel casing; (2) filling a gap between the bottom of the steel hanging box and the steel pile casing: (1) lowering an annular steel plate to the bottom of the hanging box along the outer wall of the pile casing; (2) pouring annular bottom sealing concrete between the steel hanging box and the pile casing; (3) pumping water in the cofferdam; 4, adding four supporting points on the top surface of bottom sealing concrete at the bottom of the hanging box; (5) cutting off temporary supporting points at the top of the pile casing; (6) cutting off the steel casing in the cofferdam to the designed elevation; (7) breaking piles, and mounting tie beams and pier stud steel bars; (8) mounting a straining beam template and pouring concrete; and (9) dismantling the cofferdam after curing.
本发明公开了一种装配式水中地系梁施工钢吊箱围堰及吊装施工方法;具有钢吊箱、桩基钢护筒;钢吊箱设计采用圆柱墩模板两瓣式理念,围堰由大小里程两瓣采用法兰螺栓连接成整体后安装;系梁区域与圆柱墩区域焊接连成整体。吊装施工方法具有如下操作;(1)、钢吊箱吊装下放到位后,临时支撑在桩基钢护筒上口外壁4个支撑点;(2)、钢吊箱底部与钢护筒之间缝隙填补:①采用环型钢板沿着护筒外壁下放至吊箱底;②浇筑钢吊箱与护筒之间环形封底混凝土;③围堰内抽水;④在吊箱底部封底混凝土顶面增加4个支撑点;⑤割除护筒顶部临时支撑点;⑥围堰内钢护筒切除至设计标高;⑦破桩、安装系梁、墩柱钢筋;⑧安装系梁模板、浇筑砼;⑨养生结束后拆除围堰。
