本发明公开了一种应用于地铁车门的应急关门装置及使用方法,包括与门扇对应布设的导柱缸筒,每侧的导柱缸筒外侧均滑动连接有滑筒,两侧的滑筒分别与对应的门扇固定,每个导柱缸筒内均设有活塞,导柱缸筒相互远离的一侧分别设有气管连接件;滑筒内设有多组第一磁块,多组第一磁块间隔分布,每组磁块呈圆环状环绕于导柱缸筒外壁,滑筒靠近两端的位置分别设有位移传感器;所述活塞内设有多组第二磁块,第二磁块与第一磁块对应设置,且相邻磁块的磁性相反,活塞靠近两端的位置设有位移传感器的信号接收器。本发明通过气压磁吸式传动的方式实现车门的紧急关闭,实现了远程处理故障,大大提高了故障处理效率,进一步确保了运营准时率。
