The invention discloses a dust removal system and method for a sweeper and the sweeper, and belongs to the technical field of environmental sanitation cleaning equipment. The system comprises a control unit, a dust collection assembly, a dust removal assembly, an air guide pipeline, a first dust collection cavity, a second dust collection cavity and a dust removal cavity, the control unit controls the fan to adjust the negative pressure suction intensity in real time according to the control signal output by the man-machine interaction unit; the first dust collection cavity communicates with the dust suction assembly and collects first dust particles in original to-be-dedusted air. The dust removal assembly is installed in the dust removal cavity, one side of the dust removal assembly communicates with the first dust collection cavity, secondary dust removal is conducted on second dust-containing air obtained after dust removal is conducted on the first dust-containing air, the other side of the dust removal assembly communicates with the second dust collection cavity, and second dust particles obtained after secondary dust removal are collected; and the dust removal cavity communicates with the air guide pipeline, and third dust-containing air obtained through secondary dust removal is discharged out of the atmosphere through the air guide pipeline. Through multi-stage effective dust removal, the dust removal efficiency is remarkably improved.
