The embodiment of the invention provides a device for removing lime dust and a lime kiln system. The device comprises a dust collecting box, a dust discharging pipeline and a dust discharging blocking part which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the ash collecting box comprises an inlet and an outlet; the outlet is communicated with an ash discharging pipeline; a sealing ring is arranged at an outlet of the ash discharge pipeline; the ash discharge blocking component comprises a shell, an ash discharge blocking valve located in the shell and a driving device located outside the shell. The driving device comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a crank connected with an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder, and the other end of the crank is connected to the shell outer part of the driven rotating shaft; and a connecting rod component is connected in the shell of the driven rotating shaft, is connected with a sealing cover of the ash discharge blocking valve, and is in close contact with the sealing ring under the driving of the hydraulic cylinder to realize hard sealing. By adopting the device and the system provided by the invention, lime dust at the middle channel of the lime kiln can be effectively removed, and normal production of the lime kiln is facilitated.
