The efficient and energy-saving ardealite treatment method comprises the following steps: carrying out heat treatment on to-be-treated gypsum by utilizing first heat energy to form first gypsum; performing heat treatment on the to-be-treated gypsum or the first gypsum by using second heat energy to form second gypsum; performing heat treatment on the to-be-treated gypsum or the second gypsum by utilizing third heat energy to form third gypsum; the invention further provides an efficient and energy-saving phosphogypsum treatment system. According to the efficient and energy-saving ardealite treatment method and system provided by the invention, different gypsum products can be simultaneously produced in the same gypsum treatment line according to different requirements of a plurality of customers by utilizing various heat energy, so that different requirements are met, and the production efficiency is improved.
