The invention discloses a concrete internal curing agent and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete internal curing. The concrete internal curing agent comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 5-20% of modified water-absorbent resin, 5-10% of wood fiber, 20-40% of an expanding agent and 20-40% of calcium carbonate. The modified water-absorbent resin is prepared from raw materials including water-absorbent resin, a cationic monomer, an acrylate monomer, cotton fiber and a coupling agent through reaction. According to the invention, an in-situ polymerization method is adopted to carry out semi-interpenetrating network modification on the ternary copolymerized acrylic acid series salt-resistant water-absorbent resin, so that the water absorption rate and the water retention rate of the resin in a saline-alkali environment are improved, and on the basis, mineral admixtures and wood fibers are compounded to prepare the internal curing agent; the prepared concrete internal curing agent further improves the crack resistance of the concrete on the basis of keeping the working performance and strength of the concrete, and has great application value.
本发明公开一种混凝土内养护剂及其制备方法,属于混凝土内养护技术领域。所述混凝土内养护剂原料组分按重量计包括:改性吸水树脂5‑20%、木质纤维5‑10%、膨胀剂20‑40%、碳酸钙20‑40%。所述改性吸水树脂由包括吸水树脂、阳离子单体、丙烯酸酯类单体、棉纤维、偶联剂在内的原料反应而成。本发明采用原位聚合法对三元共聚丙烯酸系耐盐型吸水树脂进行半互穿网络改性,提高了树脂在盐碱环境下的吸水速率以及保水率,在此基础上复配矿物掺合料和木质纤维制备内养护剂,所制备的混凝土内养护剂在保持混凝土的工作性能和强度的基础上,进一步提升了混凝土的抗裂性能,极具应用价值。
