Method for improving self-healing performance of asphalt regenerated mixture
The invention discloses a method for improving the self-healing performance of an asphalt regenerated mixture. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out mechanical-chemical-microwave coupling modification treatment on coal gangue to obtain modified coal gangue powder; the preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving a stabilizer in water at 50-70 DEG C in an acidic environment, adding an emulsifier, adjusting the pH value to 2-2.5, and stirring at a constant temperature of 50-70 DEG C to obtain liquid soap; adding the soap liquid into a colloid mill preheated to 30-45 DEG C, opening the colloid mill, circulating for 10-15 seconds, adding asphalt heated to 150-170 DEG C, then adding the modified nano SiO2, circulating for 55-60 seconds by the colloid mill to obtain emulsified asphalt, and hermetically storing at the constant temperature of 150-170 DEG C; performing dry mixing on the modified coal gangue powder, an RAP material, cement and rubber powder, and adding water for mixing to obtain a mixture; and putting the mixture into a microwave oven, carrying out microwave heating to 130-190 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 5-10 minutes, taking out the mixture, and mixing the emulsified asphalt with the mixture to obtain the emulsified asphalt. The method can be used for enhancing the durability, high-temperature rheological property, adhesion and the like of the asphalt pavement, improving the self-healing rate of the asphalt, promoting the crack repairing effect and realizing secondary regeneration of the pavement.
本发明公开了一种提高沥青再生混合料自愈合性能的方法:将煤矸石进行机械‑化学‑微波耦合改性处理获得改性煤矸石粉;将稳定剂在酸性环境下溶于50‑70℃水中,加入乳化剂,并调节pH值至2‑2.5,然后50‑70℃恒温搅拌获得皂液;将皂液加入预热至30‑45℃胶体磨中,打开胶体磨,循环10~15s,加入加热至150‑170℃的沥青,然后加入改性纳米SiO2,胶体磨循环55~60s,获得乳化沥青,150‑170℃恒温密封储存;将改性煤矸石粉末、RAP料、水泥和胶粉进行干拌,加入水进行拌合,得到混合料;将混合料放入微波炉中微波加热至130‑190℃并保持5‑10min取出,取乳化沥青与混合料拌合,即得。该方法可用于增强沥青路面的耐久性、高温流变性、粘附性等,提高沥青自愈率,促进裂缝修复效果,实现路面二次再生。
