The inorganic double-liquid slurry is prepared from a component A and a component B, the component A comprises 30-40 parts of cement powder, 5-10 parts of a silicon-based material, 2-8 parts of ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer rubber powder and 2-10 parts of modified montmorillonite; the modified montmorillonite is prepared by reacting montmorillonite, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, water and phosphonic acid substances in a dark place at the temperature of 50-60 DEG C for 2-3 hours; and the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of water, 0.5-1.0 part of a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, 0.2-0.5 part of a defoaming agent and 0.5-1.5 parts of a coalescing agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the inorganic double-liquid slurry. The inorganic double-liquid slurry material obtained by using the technical scheme of the invention has good coagulation performance, compressive strength and impermeability.
