Method for preparing autoclaved aerated concrete through mechanochemical coupling treatment of copper tailings
The invention relates to the field of concrete production, in particular to a method for preparing autoclaved aerated concrete through mechanochemical coupling treatment of copper tailings, which comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly stirring cement, quicklime, river sand and modified copper tailing powder subjected to mechanochemical coupling treatment to obtain a copper tailing dry admixture; (2) uniformly stirring gypsum and warm water, and adding the copper tailing dry admixture to obtain a copper tailing mixture; (3) adding a foam stabilizer, a foaming agent, an exciting agent and fumed silica into the copper tailing mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a prefabricated material; and (4) pouring the prefabricated material into a mold, and then carrying out curing and autoclaved reaction to prepare the autoclaved aerated concrete. According to the method, the copper tailings are subjected to ball milling, alkali liquor treatment and microwave treatment, bound water in the copper tailings is removed, silica tetrahedrons and alumina trihedrons form an unstable glass phase structure, dissolution of silicon and aluminum in follow-up treatment is facilitated, the activity of the copper tailings is improved, and the quality of steam pressurized concrete is improved.
