Preparation method of high-temperature-resistant ceramsite
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramsite production, in particular to a preparation method of high-temperature-resistant ceramsite, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding bauxite into fired ash for ball milling to obtain a mixture A; (2) adding refractory cement and water into the mixture A, uniformly stirring to obtain ceramsite cores, and granulating to obtain primary ceramsite; (3) curing, drying and screening the primary ceramsite; and (4) carrying out two-stage low-temperature firing on the screened primary ceramsite, specifically, the primary ceramsite is fired at 120-130 DEG C for 1.5-2 h in the first stage of firing, and the primary ceramsite is fired at 680-750 DEG C for 2-3 h in the second stage of firing. According to the ceramsite disclosed by the invention, the refractory cement is added, so that the ceramsite obtains enough strength, does not become a ceramic structure, also has enough strength and can be used for casting, combustible substances in the ceramsite are removed through low-temperature firing, and the high-temperature-resistant ceramsite can be obtained without high-temperature firing; the ceramsite prepared by the method is high in cylinder compressive strength and refractoriness, low in energy consumption and more suitable for heat-resistant sand, and can be reused for casting after being regenerated by a hot method.
