The invention discloses a preparation method of ceramic slurry. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A, preparing a ceramic raw material; b, putting the ceramic raw material, ballstone and water into a ball mill; c, starting the ball mill, adjusting the operation frequency of the ball mill to 45-48Hz, and grinding for 6-8 hours; and adjusting the operation frequency of the ball mill to 40-43Hz, and grinding for 8-10 hours to obtain the ceramic slurry. According to the preparation method of the ceramic slurry, provided by the scheme, the energy consumption in the ball milling process can be effectively reduced, so that the defects in the prior art are overcome.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:A、准备陶瓷原料;B、将陶瓷原料、球石和水放入球磨机;C、开启球磨机,先将球磨机的运行频率调整至45~48Hz,研磨6~8h;再将球磨机的运行频率调整至40~43Hz,研磨8~10h得到陶瓷浆料。本方案提出的一种陶瓷浆料的制备方法,能有效降低球磨过程的能源消耗,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
