The invention provides a railway ballast supplementing trolley. The railway ballast supplementing trolley comprises a trolley body, a chassis and a discharging device. The peripheral side face of the box body is closed, the upper end face of the box body is open, and a ballast unloading opening is formed in the bottom of the box body in the railway direction; the chassis is arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body and comprises a bottom frame connected with the vehicle body, steel rail walking wheels attached to steel rails and movably connected to the bottom frame, and a discharging plate guide groove matched with the ballast discharging opening. The unloading device comprises a transmission unit and an unloading plate, the unloading plate is movably inserted into the unloading plate guide groove, and the unloading plate is controlled by the transmission unit to move in the unloading plate guide groove. Ballasts are transported and accurately unloaded through simple structure combination, and the instant unloading amount of the ballasts is controlled by controlling the opening degree of the unloading plate at the bottom. Meanwhile, the device is simple in structure, light, flexible, low in production cost and suitable for large-scale popularization.
本发明提供了一种铁路补砟小车,包括:车体,底盘,卸料装置;所述车体包括:周围侧面封闭,上端面为敞口的箱体,所述箱体底部沿铁路方向设置还有卸砟口;所述底盘设置于所述车体底部,包括与所述车体连接的底架、与钢轨贴合,可活动连接于底架上的钢轨行走轮、以及与所述卸砟口配合设置的卸料板导槽;所述卸料装置包括传动单元与卸料板,所述卸料板可活动地插接于所述卸料板导槽中,通过所述传动单元控制所述卸料板于所述所述卸料板导槽中进行移动。通过利用简单的结构组合实现了对砟石的运输以及精准的卸料,其通过底部控制卸料板的开启程度,来控制砟石的瞬间卸料量大小。同时由于其结构简单,轻便灵活,生产成本低廉,适合大规模推广。
