The invention discloses a wide-width and large-thickness cement stabilized macadam base construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing a mixture according to a designed cement stabilized macadam base construction mix proportion, and then transporting the mixture to a construction site through a transport vehicle; 2, a paver is selected according to the paving requirement, the mixture is connected with the paver for discharging, a continuous one-time paving process is adopted, the paving work is completed through upper and lower layer seamless connection one-time forming, namely, the mixture is conveyed to a spiral distributing device through a scraping plate in a hopper of the paver, and the spiral distributing device is conveyed to the paver; spreading the mixed material in the width direction by a spiral material distributor and a material conveying groove, scraping the mixed material to a to-be-spread height, and grinding the mixed material; and 3, maintenance is conducted after rolling is completed, and quality inspection and acceptance are conducted after maintenance is completed. By researching the mix proportion and the construction process of the water-stabilized base and exploring the construction process, the machine tool combination and the like required by the construction, the technical indexes such as the compaction degree, the compressive strength and the deflection value meet the design standard requirements.
本发明公开了一种宽幅大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层施工方法,包括步骤一、根据设计的水泥稳定碎石基层施工配合比进行混合料的拌合,然后通过运输车辆运输至施工现场;步骤二、根据摊铺要求选定摊铺机,并将混合料与摊铺机连接进行卸料,采取连续一次性摊铺工艺,上下层无缝衔接一次性成型完成摊铺工作,即混合料经摊铺机料斗中刮料板传送到螺旋布料器,螺旋布料器及输料槽将混合料沿宽度方向摊开,将混合料刮到欲铺高度并碾压;步骤三、碾压完成后进行养护,养护完成进行质量检验并验收。本发明通过对水稳基层配合比、施工工艺进行研究,同时探索施工所需的施工工艺、机具组合等,使得压实度、抗压强度、弯沉值等技术指标达到设计标准要求。
