The pushing assembly comprises a locking support, a pull rod assembly, a pushing support, a spring and a counter-force frame, the bottom of the locking support is connected with the left side of the top of the base, the bottom of the counter-force frame is connected with the middle of the top of the base, and the pull rod assembly is arranged between the locking support and the counter-force frame; a pushing support is arranged on the pull rod assembly in a sliding fit mode. Self-balancing of horizontal component force of the main cable is achieved by driving the main cable saddle to slide through one-time external force, shearing force borne by the bridge tower from the main cable saddle is greatly reduced, the tower bottom of the bridge tower is not subjected to extra bending moment, stress of the bridge tower is improved, and safety is higher.
