The invention relates to the field of suspension bridge construction, and discloses an air-railway combined transportation suspension bridge construction method which comprises the following steps: vertically arranging a temporary support frame on a basement raft plate below a suspension bridge in-place position; a jig frame is erected on a basement raft, and a suspension bridge is assembled; the spliced suspension bridge is integrally hoisted to the top of the temporary supporting frame in a single-machine mode; after the suspension bridge is in place at the top of the temporary supporting frame, the suspension bridge is sequentially connected with the curtain wall column, the concrete column and the concrete top plate beam through inhaul cable structures; unloading the temporary support frame; according to the method, the basement raft serves as the basis, the temporary supporting frame is vertically arranged according to the preset position of the suspension bridge, the top of the temporary supporting frame can support the in-place suspension bridge, then the jig frame is assembled on the basement raft, and then the suspension bridge is integrally assembled on the basis of the jig frame; the safety risk caused by the fact that the suspension bridge is spliced in a scattered mode in the high altitude is avoided, the construction efficiency is improved, a large number of auxiliary materials are saved, and the construction cost is lower.
