The hydraulic engineering construction equipment comprises a walking track, a hydraulic self-walking frame body, a control box body and a channel forming mechanism, the channel forming mechanism comprises an inverted-U-shaped modification cover, the inner side of the inverted-U-shaped modification cover is slidably connected with a forming front mold and fixedly connected with a sleeking rear mold, and the top of the inverted-U-shaped modification cover fixedly communicates with a concrete mixing hopper; and a discharging opening is formed in the fixed communication position between the inverted-U-shaped shaping cover and the concrete mixing hopper, rotating shafts are symmetrically and rotationally connected to the interior of the discharging opening, and sealing plates are fixedly connected to the exteriors of the two rotating shafts correspondingly. When the electric-hydraulic push rod is started to extend to form the U-shaped concrete channel, the two sealing plates can rotate inwards by 45 degrees to close the discharging opening, and when the electric-hydraulic push rod is started to shorten to form the next U-shaped concrete channel, the two sealing plates can rotate outwards by 45 degrees to open the discharging opening. Namely, the concrete mixing hopper can conduct intermittent discharging so as to improve the tamping forming effect of the concrete channel.
