The invention relates to the technical field of concrete foundations, in particular to a prefabricated plate-plate composite foundation and a construction method thereof.The prefabricated plate-plate composite foundation comprises a raft plate, a laminated plate, a connecting column, connecting rods and a pull plate, and the multiple connecting rods are fixedly installed on the lower side of the raft plate at intervals. The structure is reasonable and compact, during construction, after a foundation pit is excavated, a bottom-expanding rotary drilling machine is adopted to excavate the vertical hole, excavation is conducted outwards at the bottom of the vertical hole, then the pull disc inclines in the long edge direction and then is put down to the vertical hole, the pull disc is automatically rotated right after reaching the bottom of the vertical hole, then raft plate installation operation and foundation pit backfilling operation are conducted, and construction efficiency is improved. In this way, the upward pulling force of the foundation is mainly borne by the bottom pulling disc, the influence of a moving dune is avoided, the downward pressure of the foundation is borne by the upper raft, and compared with a traditional plate type foundation, the foundation is small in work amount, fewer in constructors, shorter in construction period and suitable for floury soil, cohesive soil and sandy soil with the deep underground water level; the method can be used for tower foundations in sand dune areas.
本发明涉及混凝土基础技术领域,是一种预制板盘复合基础及其施工方法,前者包括筏板、叠合板、连接柱、连杆和拉盘,筏板下侧间隔固定安装有若干个连杆。本发明结构合理而紧凑,施工时,基坑开挖以后采用扩底旋挖机开挖竖洞,并在竖洞底部向外开挖,然后将拉盘沿长边方向倾斜后下放至竖洞,到竖洞底部以后拉盘自动转正,然后进行筏板的安装作业和基坑的回填作业,这样基础的上拔力主要由底部拉盘承担,避免了移动沙丘的影响,基础的下压力由上部筏板承担,与传统板式基础相比,本基础工程量小,施工人员臂传统的基础施工人员更少,施工周期更短,适用于地下水位较深的粉土、黏性土及砂性土,可以用于沙丘地区塔位基础。
