The invention relates to a grooving and glue injection device and method for embedding an optical fiber in a pile body, and the device comprises a clamping assembly which is used for clamping a to-be-processed pipe pile and is installed on the ground; and the operation assembly is used for cutting and slotting along the pipe pile and injecting glue into a groove body in which the optical fiber is embedded for sealing. The scheme has the beneficial effects that (1) the universality is high, and the device can adapt to different pile diameters and can also adapt to different pile lengths by adjusting the distance between the two trolleys, so that the purpose of cutting various piles can be achieved; meanwhile, the saw blade can move up and down so as to meet the grooving requirements of different depths; (2) the precision is high, a laser gradienter is arranged in the device, the bearing claws can be located on the same horizontal line, and therefore it is guaranteed that the pile body is horizontal, meanwhile, a laser routing instrument is arranged, a straight line can be formed on the surface of the pile body in the grooving direction, and it is guaranteed that the cutting direction of a saw blade is completely consistent with the preset grooving track of the pile.
