The invention discloses an urban road intelligent discharging, purifying and water storing system which comprises a road body and a water discharging pipe network arranged in the road body, a water discharging opening, a filtering bin and a water storing cavity are sequentially arranged at the top of the road body from top to bottom, and a water taking assembly is arranged in the water storing cavity; the diameters of the water outlet, the filter bin and the water storage cavity are sequentially decreased from top to bottom, a rainwater grate is arranged in the water outlet, an inner annular filter screen and an outer annular filter screen are fixed to the inner bottom wall of the filter bin, and the top of the inner annular filter screen and the top of the outer annular filter screen abut against the bottom of the rainwater grate. The probability that the filtering effect is limited due to the fact that the size of the rainwater grate is small is reduced to a certain degree, the drainage effect is improved, rainwater enters the water storage cavity to be stored, the stored rainwater can be taken through the water taking assembly, and the water resource utilization rate is increased; the outer annular filter screen and the inner annular filter screen play a good role in supporting the rainwater grate close to the edge, and the structural strength of the rainwater grate is guaranteed.
