The invention relates to an assembled inspection well and a construction method thereof. The assembled inspection well comprises a well body and a water taking mechanism, and the water taking mechanism is arranged on the inner side wall of the well body; the water taking mechanism is used for taking water in the drainage pipeline; the water taking mechanism comprises a base, a three-way pipe, a water conveying pipe, a water taking pipe and a lifting assembly. The conveying pipe, the water taking pipe and the lifting assembly are fixedly connected with the three-way pipe, and the water conveying pipe is used for being connected with a water suction pump; the lifting assembly is used for driving the end of the water taking pipe to move vertically. When the water suction pump works normally, the lifting assembly enables the water taking pipe to stretch into the position below the liquid level of the drainage pipeline to take water, and therefore workers can complete water taking work conveniently; when the water suction pump does not work, the lifting assembly drives the end of the water taking pipe to be located above the liquid level of the drainage pipeline in the normal state, so that the situation that the water taking pipe is immersed in the water for a long time is reduced, and the situation that microorganisms enter the water taking pipe to breed and disturb the water sampling quality is reduced.
