The invention discloses a reconstruction structure construction method based on an existing raft foundation, which comprises a T-shaped original raft and an original elevator water-collecting well arranged on the original raft, and comprises the following steps: step 1, raft external expansion construction; 2, construction of a newly-added elevator shaft; thirdly, backfilling construction is conducted on an original elevator shaft; 4, breaking construction of an original basement outer wall in the original raft plate; 5, cutting construction of reserved steel bars of the vertical components in the original raft plate; step 6, tower crane foundation construction; seventhly, newly-added elevator water-collecting well construction is conducted; eighthly, frame column and shear wall embedded steel bar construction is conducted. According to the method, under the principle that the original structure is damaged as little as possible, the construction problem urgently needing to be solved in a raft reconstruction project is solved based on construction of a reconstruction structure of an existing raft foundation.
