The invention discloses a concrete floor crack repairing system based on vacuum pouring and a repairing method thereof.The concrete floor crack repairing system based on vacuum pouring comprises a box body, a sealing plate is arranged at the bottom of the box body and used for being attached to a floor in a sealed mode, and a partition plate is arranged in the box body and divides the box body into a first cavity and a second cavity; through holes are formed in the sealing plates corresponding to the first chamber and the second chamber; the slurry storage barrel is communicated with the second chamber; an air inlet of the dust separation storage device is communicated with the first chamber; and the vacuum pump is communicated with the air outlet of the dust separation storage device. According to the concrete floor crack repairing system and method based on vacuum pouring, operation is easy and convenient, the later grouting pipe processing procedure is omitted, and the working efficiency is greatly improved; and the negative pressure vacuum principle is adopted, dust in the cracks is thoroughly cleaned, and therefore the repairing quality can be better guaranteed.
