The civil air defense door system comprises a sand blocking door and a steel plate door, the sand blocking door is located on the outer side of a wall plate of a civil air defense opening, and the steel plate door is located on the inner side of the wall plate of the civil air defense opening; a sliding rail is arranged on the ground of a civil air defense area on the outer side of a wallboard of the civil air defense hole, and the sand blocking door is fixed on the sliding rail and can slide relative to the sliding rail, so that the civil air defense hole is closed or opened; the top end of the steel plate door is hinged to a structural beam above the civil air defense hole, the bottom end of the steel plate door is connected with a driver arranged on a top plate of the civil air defense space through a belt, lowering or pulling up of the steel plate door is achieved by lowering or pulling up the belt through the driver, and therefore closing or opening of the civil air defense hole is achieved. And rapid response of civil air defense emergency is realized through the structural arrangement of the sand blocking door and the steel plate door.
