The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic power generation, in particular to an outdoor solar photovoltaic panel with a self-cleaning function, which comprises a photovoltaic charging panel, an outer frame, motors, first reciprocating screw rods, a mounting plate and a first scraper, the outer frame is mounted on the side wall of the photovoltaic charging panel, the motors are mounted on the left side and the right side of the outer frame, and output shafts of the motors are connected with the first reciprocating screw rods. A mounting plate is in threaded connection between the left lead screw and the right lead screw, the lower portion of the mounting plate is detachably connected with a first scraping plate tightly attached to the upper end face of the photovoltaic charging panel, and sewage discharging grooves are formed between the front end and the rear end of the photovoltaic charging panel and the outer frame. When a wind speed sensor senses that the wind speed is greater than a preset wind speed value, a control signal can be sent to an electric push rod, so that a push-pull plate downwards pulls a transparent dustproof plate to rotate in the direction close to a photovoltaic charging panel, and then the transparent dustproof plate covers the photovoltaic charging panel to prevent sand wind from impacting the surface of the photovoltaic charging panel; and abrasion of the photovoltaic charging panel caused by wind and sand is avoided.
