The invention discloses a method for preparing ultra-high performance concrete by using construction waste recycled aggregate, and belongs to the technical field of concrete preparation. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, pretreating construction waste, namely hammering and crushing waste concrete, and then selecting metal and reinforcing steel bars in the waste concrete by using a magnetic sorting device; 2, recycled aggregate is prepared, crushing is conducted through a jaw crusher, fine particles with the particle size being 5 mm or below are screened out, and particles with the particle size being 5 mm to 40 mm are obtained; through eccentric rotating equipment, the materials are collided and ground, mortar and cement paste are removed, and therefore recycled aggregate is obtained; 3, designing a reasonable concrete mix proportion according to the physical and mechanical properties of the recycled aggregate in combination with the engineering requirements and the use environment; the recycled aggregate has relatively high water absorption, so that the water-cement ratio in the concrete needs to be properly increased; the sorting efficiency of the metal in the concrete can be greatly improved.
