The invention discloses a construction method for integral incremental launching of a through steel structure arched girder combination bridge, which comprises the following steps: S1, analogue simulation: simulating integral incremental launching construction of a steel box girder and an arch rib by adopting simulation software, and determining that a suspender does not need to bear axial pressure in the incremental launching process and is not tensioned before the incremental launching is finished; s2, a pushing buttress is built, and a walking type pushing device and a jacking jack are arranged on the pushing buttress; s3, the box type guide beam is assembled; s4, steel box girders and arch ribs are pushed; and S5, the suspender is tensioned. By means of the method, the large-section flat steel box girder on-load arch ribs can be pushed together, the construction risk can be reduced, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种下承式钢结构拱梁组合桥整体顶推的施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1.仿真模拟:采用仿真软件对钢箱梁及拱肋整体顶推施工进行模拟,确定吊杆在顶推过程中不需承受轴向压力,在顶推结束之前不进行张拉;S2.搭建顶推支墩,在顶推支墩上面布置步履式顶推装置和顶升千斤顶;S3.拼装箱型导梁;S4.钢箱梁及拱肋顶推;S5.张拉吊杆。采用本发明的方法能实现大截面扁平钢箱梁带载拱肋一并顶推,有利于减少施工风险,加快施工进度,降低施工成本。
