The invention discloses a temporary retaining and slope recovery device for slope collapse and a using method thereof.The temporary retaining and slope recovery device comprises a bulldozing device used for recovering a slope after collapse, the bulldozing device comprises a steel plate, gears are installed at the two ends of the steel plate through formed installation holes matched with bearings, and bosses coaxial with the bearings are arranged on the side face of the steel plate; a motor connected with the gears is installed on the side face of the steel plate through a bearing, and a belt assembly is rotationally connected between the gears. The two sides of the steel plate are rotationally connected with a first connecting rod assembly and a second connecting rod assembly through bosses in the slope direction, and the ends, away from the steel plate, of the first connecting rod assembly and the second connecting rod assembly are connected with a jack which can drive the first connecting rod assembly to bear tension to adjust the bulldozing direction of the steel plate. And the second connecting rod assembly is driven to enable the steel plate to push and extrude the soil body. The jack is used for controlling the bulldozing direction, the motor drives the conveying belt to complete soil moving, local collapsed and unstable soil of the slope is effectively repaired, and the slope toe construction risk is reduced.
本发明公开了一种边坡垮塌的临时支挡与坡面恢复装置及其使用方法,包括用于垮塌后恢复坡面的推土装置,推土装置包括钢板,钢板的两端通过开设的安装孔配合轴承安装有齿轮,钢板的侧面设置有与轴承同轴布置的凸台,且钢板侧面通过轴承安装有与齿轮相连接的电机,齿轮之间转动连接有皮带组件;钢板的两侧通过凸台沿着坡面方向转动连接有第一连杆组件和第二连杆组件,第一连杆组件及第二连杆组件远离钢板的一端与千斤顶连接,千斤顶能够驱动第一连杆组件承受拉力调整钢板的推土方向,并驱动第二连杆组件能够使钢板对土体进行推挤。利用千斤顶控制推土方向,通过电机带动传送带完成运土,有效修复边坡局部垮塌失稳土体,减小坡脚施工风险。
