Vertical seam closely-spliced fully-assembled shear wall structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a vertical seam closely-spliced fully-assembled shear wall structure which comprises a plurality of prefabricated shear walls arranged on the periphery of an elevator shaft and a house type plane of a building. The prefabricated shear walls are provided with slurry filling grooves extending in the height direction of the prefabricated shear walls, a plurality of connecting pieces extending towards the slurry filling grooves are arranged on the prefabricated shear walls in the height direction of the prefabricated shear walls at intervals, and the connecting pieces of every two adjacent prefabricated shear walls are connected through a connecting shaft. The prefabricated shear wall is provided with a notch allowing the connecting piece to penetrate through. The composite floor slab is formed by overlapping a plurality of large-span composite slabs and cast-in-situ layers which are sequentially and closely spliced and connected, each large-span composite slab is provided with a wedge-shaped opening, every two adjacent large-span composite slabs are effectively connected through a lap joint steel bar, and the lap joint steel bars are bent towards the wedge-shaped openings. The method has the advantages that 1, full-assembly construction is achieved, and the building industrialization level is improved; a large building space is formed, and the house type is variable; thirdly, vertical joints of the prefabricated shear wall are tightly spliced and connected, so that construction is facilitated; 4, a large-span laminated slab close splicing connection mode is adopted, so that the construction of a vertical formwork can be reduced; and fifthly, large prefabricated shear wall components are adopted, the hoisting times and vertical abutted seams are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种竖缝密拼全装配剪力墙结构,预制剪力墙,若干预制剪力墙布置于建筑的电梯井筒和户型平面周沿;预制剪力墙设有沿其高度方向延伸的填浆槽,预制剪力墙沿其高度方向间隔排列的设置有若干朝填浆槽延伸的连接件,相邻两预制剪力墙的连接件之间通过连接轴连接;预制剪力墙设有供连接件穿设的槽口;叠合楼板,叠合楼板由若干依次密拼连接的大跨度叠合板和现浇层叠合而成,大跨度叠合板设有楔形口,两相邻大跨度叠合板通过搭接钢筋形成有效连接,搭接钢筋朝向楔形口弯折;本发明的优点在于:一、全装配施工,提高建筑工业化水平;二、形成建筑大空间,户型可变;三、预制剪力墙竖向接缝密拼连接,便于施工;四、采用大跨度叠合板密拼连接方式,可减少竖向支模的搭建;五、采用大型预制剪力墙构件,减少吊次和竖向拼缝,提高施工效率。
