The invention provides a reinforced concrete pipe column structure system and a construction method thereof. The reinforced concrete pipe column structure system comprises hoop profile steel, a grouting sleeve, a first core filling body and a second core filling body. Hoop profile steel is installed outside the upper end of the lower section pipe column, at least two supporting parts are arranged on the hoop profile steel, and a superposed beam is placed on each supporting part. A partition plate is arranged in an inner cavity of a pile body of the lower-section pipe column, and a first core filling body is arranged between the upper portion of the partition plate in the lower-section pipe column and a superposed beam post-pouring layer. The reinforcing steel bar at the lower end of the upper-section pipe column is inserted into the grouting sleeve, and one end of the grouting sleeve is pre-buried at the lower end of the upper-section pipe column; the reinforcing steel bar of the lower section pipe column penetrates through the first core filling body and is inserted into the grouting sleeve; and a second core filling body is arranged in the upper section pipe column. Certain concrete filling cores are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the core area of the beam-column joint, and the rigidity of the joint area is enhanced.
