The invention provides a staggered and stacked concrete module structure system and a connecting joint thereof. The connecting joint comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece which are the same in structure and can be connected in an inserted mode. Each of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece comprises a connecting plate, an inserting block and an inserting cylinder which are fixed on one side surface of the connecting plate, and first anchoring profile steel fixed on the outer wall surfaces of two adjacent side walls of the inserting cylinder; the cross sections of the inserting block and the inserting cylinder are C-shaped; the inserting block of the first connecting piece is inserted into the inserting cylinder of the second connecting piece to form a first grouting space, and the inserting block of the second connecting piece is inserted into the inserting cylinder of the first connecting piece to form a second grouting space; a buffer space is formed between the inserting cylinder of the first connecting piece and the inserting cylinder of the second connecting piece; and the first anchoring section steel is anchored with the module beam. According to the connecting joint, the C-shaped inserting blocks and the C-shaped inserting cylinders are adopted, the bending moment of the module columns can be better transmitted, and the anti-seismic performance and safety are improved.
