Modified adjustable-setting early-strength cementing material
The invention discloses a modified adjustable setting early strength cementing material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of P.O 42.5 R cement, 20-40 parts of S95-grade granulated blast furnace slag powder, 3-10 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 3-5 parts of lime and 1-5 parts of a special adjustable setting enhancer. According to the cementing material, the early strength can be effectively improved to 30 MPa, the initial setting time can be more reasonably matched with a field production process, the initial setting time can be not delayed by 90 min, and the cementing material is beneficial to improving the production efficiency, saving the cost and increasing the productivity of an application enterprise.
本发明公开了一种改性可调凝早强胶凝材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:P·O 42.5R水泥40‑60份,S95级粒化高炉矿渣粉20‑40份,脱硫石膏3‑10份,石灰3‑5份,专用调凝增强剂1‑5份。本发明胶凝材料能够有效提升早期强度至30MPa,初凝时间能够更加合理配合现场生产工艺,初凝时间能够达到不迟于90min,有利于应用企业提高生产效率,节省成本并增加产能。
