The invention provides a preparation method of a steel slag-ardealite building material, which comprises the following steps: mixing ardealite with steel slag and water, and stirring to obtain ardealite-steel slag slurry; filling the phosphogypsum-steel slag slurry into a mold, compacting and molding, and then carrying out hydration maintenance to obtain phosphogypsum-steel slag paste; and carrying out carbon dioxide curing on the phosphogypsum-steel slag paste to obtain the phosphogypsum-steel slag composite material. According to the method, hydration curing is performed firstly, then carbon dioxide curing is performed, the cohesion and compressive strength of the material are improved through hydration curing, pores are filled, the structural density is improved, and the compressive strength and the stability are improved; the carbon dioxide curing of the phosphogypsum-steel slag paste can effectively promote the formation of carbonate and the microstructure densification of the paste, and further enhances the strength and durability of the paste.
本发明涉及工业废渣利用技术领域,公开了一种钢渣‑磷石膏建材及其制备方法与应用。本发明提供钢渣‑磷石膏建材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:磷石膏与钢渣、水混合,搅拌,得到磷石膏‑钢渣浆体;将磷石膏‑钢渣浆体装入模具中,压实成型后进行水化养护,得到磷石膏‑钢渣膏体;将磷石膏‑钢渣膏体进行二氧化碳养护,即得。本发明先进行水化养护,再进行二氧化碳养护,水化养护提高材料的内聚力和抗压强度,填充细孔,提高结构致密度,增加抗压强度,提高稳定性;对磷石膏‑钢渣膏体的二氧化碳养护可以有效地促进碳酸盐的形成,膏体的微观结构致密化,进一步增强膏体的强度和耐久性。
