Production process of textured ceramic tile
The invention discloses a production process of a ceramic tile with great texture. The ceramic tile is fine and smooth in touch feeling, low in light sensitivity, soft and fine in tile surface and high in anti-pollution capacity. Comprising the following steps: (1) taking green body raw materials: taking 6-7.5 parts by weight of talc mud, 40-41 parts by weight of stone powder, 11.5-14 parts by weight of mud paste, 5.5 parts by weight of calcined bauxite, 2-3 parts by weight of plastic mud, 11-14 parts by weight of potassium sand, 0.1-0.2 part by weight of a water reducing agent, 0.6-1 part by weight of sodium silicate and 16-18 parts by weight of potassium-sodium sand, and mixing for later use; (2) taking starlight paste raw materials: taking 100-120 parts by weight of glue, 40-46 parts by weight of dry granules and 27-30 parts by weight of protective glaze, and mixing for later use; (3) taking a green body raw material, crushing, pressing into a green body, drying, grinding the green body, and spraying water; (4) spraying engobe, printing color paste, spraying ink patterns, and drying; (5) spraying protective glaze, pouring starlight paste, drying and firing; and (6) polishing by using a polishing carbon brush, and polishing to obtain the ceramic tile.
本发明公开了一种质感大师瓷砖的生产工艺，具有细腻触感和低光感度，砖面柔和细腻，抗污能力强。包括以下步骤：（1）取坯体原料：按重量份计算，取6‑7.5重量份的滑石泥、40‑41重量份的石粉、11.5‑14重量份的泥膏、5.5重量份的烧铝钒土、2‑3重量份的塑泥、11‑14重量份的钾砂、0.1‑0.2重量份的减水剂、0.6‑1重量份的硅酸钠、16‑18重量份的钾钠砂，混合，备用；（2）取星光膏原料：按重量份计算，取100‑120重量份的胶水、40‑46重量份的干粒、27‑30重量份的保护釉，混合，备用；（3）取坯体原料，粉碎，压制成坯体，干燥，打磨坯体，喷水；（4）淋化妆土，印色浆、喷墨图案，再干燥；（5）喷保护釉，淋星光膏，再干燥，烧制；（6）采用抛光碳刷，开光打磨，制成瓷砖。
