Concrete thin-wall internal mold hollow pier and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete thin-wall internal mold hollow pier and a construction method thereof. A pier body is of a columnar structure made of reinforced concrete, and a cylindrical through hole penetrating through two end faces is formed in the pier body in the length direction; a thin-wall pipe with the wall thickness ranging from 1 cm to 6 cm is arranged in the cylindrical through hole. A plurality of inner cavity longitudinal steel bars and inner cavity spiral stirrups are arranged outside the thin-walled pipe; a plurality of outer wall longitudinal steel bars and a plurality of outer wall outer ring stirrups are arranged at the position, close to the outer surface, of the pier body along the side wall of each side; a plurality of U-shaped tie bars arranged around the axis of the cylindrical through hole are arranged between the outer wall longitudinal steel bars and the inner cavity longitudinal steel bars. During construction, the thin-walled pipe is manufactured through a centrifugal process, the inner cavity longitudinal steel bars and the inner cavity spiral stirrups are arranged, then the outer wall longitudinal steel bars, the outer wall outer ring stirrups and the U-shaped tie bars are arranged, and finally concrete is poured. The manufacturing convenience of the hollow pier can be improved, and the manufacturing cost of the hollow pier is reduced.
本发明公开了凝土薄壁内模空心桥墩及其施工方法,桥墩本体为采用钢筋混凝土制成的柱状结构,内部沿长度方向设有穿透两个端面的圆柱形通孔;圆柱形通孔内设有壁厚为1cm至6cm的薄壁管;薄壁管外设有多根内腔纵向钢筋,及内腔螺旋箍筋;桥墩本体靠近外表面的位置沿每一侧的侧壁均设有多根外壁纵向钢筋,及多道外壁外圈箍筋;外壁纵向钢筋和内腔纵向钢筋之间设有多个环绕圆柱形通孔的轴线设置的U字型系筋。施工时,先以离心工艺制作薄壁管,并设置内腔纵向钢筋和内腔螺旋箍筋,然后设置外壁纵向钢筋、外壁外圈箍筋及U字型系筋,最后浇筑混凝土。本发明能提高空心桥墩制作的便利性,降低空心桥墩制作成本。
