The invention discloses a shaped drainage and water pumping device and a construction method thereof. The shaped drainage and water pumping device comprises a sediment box with a bottom and without a cover; the flow guide cylinder is vertically arranged, a lower cylinder opening of the flow guide cylinder is formed in a box opening of the settling box, a plurality of first water permeable holes are formed in the cylinder wall of the flow guide cylinder, and the diameter of the flow guide cylinder is gradually increased from bottom to top; a containing box with a bottom and without a cover is installed in the settling box, the elevation of a box opening of the containing box is smaller than or equal to that of a box opening of the settling box, a fence is vertically arranged on the box opening of the containing box, the fence is arranged in a circle in the circumferential direction of the box opening of the containing box, a plurality of second water permeable holes are formed in the fence, and the second water permeable holes are communicated with the containing box. An inner cylinder is detachably embedded between the settling box and the accommodating box; and the water pump is mounted in the accommodating box. The method solves the problem that when an existing basement is subjected to on-site pumping drainage, a mud pit water pump is adopted for open drainage, and congestion is likely to happen.
