The tail ends of every two adjacent anchor rod assemblies are connected together through a tightened strip-shaped object, the strip-shaped objects are connected to the tail ends of the anchor rod assemblies in a bolted mode, and therefore the prefabricated retaining wall is tightened through the anchor rod assemblies and the prefabricated retaining wall is hooped through the strip-shaped objects; hole cavities are formed in the prefabricated retaining wall and located on the periphery of the center hole, the hole cavities are through holes, and planting soil used for planting plants is arranged in the hole cavities.
