The invention relates to an intelligent outdoor fire hydrant which comprises a flange bent pipe, a valve body and a hydrant body, and the water inlet end of the flange bent pipe is connected with a municipal pipe network; the valve body is provided with a cavity with a narrow lower portion and a wide upper portion, and a valve clack is arranged in the cavity and used for blocking inflow water. A transmission rod, an anti-reducing sleeve and a valve rod are arranged in the hydrant body; one end of the transmission rod is connected with the valve clack, the other end of the transmission rod is connected with one end of the anti-reducing sleeve, and the other end of the anti-reducing sleeve is fixedly connected with a nut; one end of the valve rod is provided with external threads and is in threaded connection with the nut, and the other end of the valve rod extends out through a shaft sleeve and is connected to the top of the hydrant body. The device does not need to be dismounted and mounted on urban roads, industrial buildings, civil buildings, public buildings and the like, and the mounting position and the equipment state of the outdoor fire hydrant are fed back in real time. When the outdoor fire hydrant is opened, a water outlet signal, a flow value, a pressure signal and other information are transmitted to a control center, and the state of the position where the fire hydrant is installed can be mastered in time.
