The invention provides a shear wall component, a shear wall assembly and an assembling method, the shear wall component comprises a pair of foamed aluminum plates, a first space is formed between the pair of foamed aluminum plates, and the first space is filled with a concrete layer; the foamed aluminum plate comprises a pair of long edges and a pair of short edges perpendicular to the long edges. A plurality of U-shaped connecting ribs are sequentially arranged on the two sides of the concrete layer in the extending direction of the long edges. The connecting pieces are installed on the foamed aluminum plate in the direction perpendicular to the foamed aluminum plate and arranged in the concrete layer; the plurality of connecting pieces are uniformly arranged on the foamed aluminum plate; the structural steel bars form a plurality of supporting frames and are connected with the ends of the connecting pieces, the structural steel bars are embedded in the concrete layer, and one ends of the structural steel bars extend out of the concrete layer from the sides close to the short edges; the structural steel bars are connected with the U-shaped connecting bars. The shear wall component has the advantages of being high in structural strength and capable of being assembled, and meanwhile has good fire resistance, sound insulation and impact resistance.
