The connecting steel bars are pre-buried in the floor slab and correspond to the sleeves one to one; and the base is fixed on the floor and sleeves the outer wall of the connecting steel bar, and the upper surface of the base is a supporting surface for abutting against the wallboard. The matching precision of the wallboard and the connecting steel bars can be improved.
