本发明涉及应用于建筑屋面结构领域的一种基于BIM技术的节能屋面结构及其施工方法,包括捆扎搭建在屋面变形缝处的钢筋以及沿钢筋以及支设的模板浇筑成型的混凝土延伸体,混凝土延伸体外侧表面涂覆有胶粘剂层,混凝土延伸体外侧表面通过胶粘剂层铺贴有高分子防水卷材,高分子防水卷材外侧设置有包覆高分子防水卷材的保护层,水平变形缝内密封塞设有防火岩棉,防火岩棉靠近水平变形缝开口的外侧涂覆有防水耐候密封胶,采用上述挑出式悬臂板结构、高分子防水卷材、防火岩棉和防水耐候密封胶结构,实现形成三重防水防线,从而起到稳定、良好的三重防水效果,且整体结构采用外部施工方式,相较于现有技术,施工难度一般,施工质量容易控制。
