The position sensing information and the real-time meteorological data of the target space are obtained, the wind load borne by each door and window in the target space is calculated, compared with a traditional method, the wind load can be obtained only through the meteorological data, the position data and the inherent parameters of the doors and windows, the method has the advantages of being low in cost, easy to maintain and wide in application scene, and meanwhile the method is suitable for popularization and application. The invention further provides a risk avoiding control strategy based on the meteorological data and the wind load, so that automatic risk avoiding of the doors and the windows during unattended operation is guaranteed, and the use safety of the target space and the doors and the windows is improved.
